It's show time again and OnTheRun with Tablet PCs #4 finds me and
James Kendrick having a discussion about many things pertaining
to the Tablet PC. I provide an update about my recent trip to New York City for the
Weblogs, Inc. WINStock blogger meetup and let you know how the Gateway
Convertible Notebook fared in the Big Apple. We discuss the Office 12 beta release that went live this past week and
what features each of us is looking forward when the suite gets released next year that will help us get the most out
of our Tablet PCs. The folks at Mindjet have been busy releasing plug-ins for MindManager which can help maximize
the use of that program and we talk about the latest additions which provide integration with Google Desktop. HP
has pulled the venerable tc1100 hybrid Tablet PC off their website driving home the fact the successful model line is
truly discontinued and we talk about that a little, including a tip for present owners to make sure they can find the
accessories they need.
